This book is another fantastic read, the pictures are easy to follow to learn/improve on your moves.
However, the book focuses more on Bruce Lee's punches, kicks and blocking techniques, rather than his grapples, restraint techniques and manipulation techniuqes.
If you are interested in improving on your sparring using punches and kicking, and how to block punches from an opponent, then this is a book for you!

Like Kirby's previous books, this one explores the violent and diverse application of jujitsu techniques. Similar to his other work there is literature to support and qualify the pictures within the title. Overall the book has proved to be very useful for my studies of the art and I am sure that it will for you to!
